Linear Logistics Bankers Hall Club Pro-AM PSA

Hi there....online entries are now OPEN  for the 2018 Linear Logistics Bankers Hall Club Pro-Am being held January 24th to 28th at Bankers Hall Club in downtown Calgary.  In past years this tournament has filled up fast to make sure to enter right away as it is filling up fast.  Once we reach 130 total entrants a wait list will be created.

 

A few items for your interest as follows: (1) all entries received by January 7th will be automatically entered into a draw for a Head Prize Package including a top of the line Head racquet as well as other Head racquet products....the prize package is worth over $300.00. (2) Please see the official tournament website for complete tournament information at  https://bankershallclub.com/services/squash/pro-am/ AND  http://www.r2sports.com/tourney/home.asp?TID=22104 which is where you can enter the tournament online. (3) this will be the 17th consecutive year of having international professional squash at this tournament.  It is again part of the PSA Mens professional circuit and is registered as a $10,000 US event.  Click here for the list of PSA players that have entered.  And Click Hereto view the PSA draw for our tournament (4) Some names to note on PSA players list....first of all is Calgary's own Andrew Schnell is the defending champion of the tournament after winning his first ever PSA10 Level here in thrilling fashion last January.  Two of his Canadian team mates will also be here.....Shawn DeLierre is no stranger to our tournament and has been tabbed as the #1 seed here as well as the #2 seed Nick Sachvie who lost out to Schnell in a great match last year.  Two Mexican players who have played at this tournament over the years will be here as Alfredo Avila comes in as the #5 seed while long time crowd favorite here Eric Galvez returns once again.  Two names to watch out for are Swiss player Reiko Peter who has been playing very well the last few months after recovering very well from major surgery and also 19 year old French player Victor Crouin is already at #118 in the world rankings at such a young age.  Lastly Calgary's Jake Hooker was given the wild card spot in the PSA event as a reward for his continued improved play, hard work on court, and his all around great sportsmanship....best of luck to him as well.
